Failed deliveries or lost packages due to incomplete information cannot be replaced or refunded.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

For international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are included.

For failed deliveries due to absence, incomplete address, or other issues, the item will be held at the Post Office and you must contact them or the courier. Failure to do so within the specified time may result in your item being returned to us or destroyed.
